2. Can I get a product sample?
We provide customized services. For some products, we can offer free pre-production samples after your payment. For specific details, please consult our sales representatives.
3. Do you have relevant product templates?
Templates for some of our products are available on the corresponding product detail pages. If you fail to find the template you need, please contact our sales representatives and we will send it to you separately.
4. Can you ship the goods to my country?
We provide global shipping services. Our long-term cooperating courier companies include FedEx, UPS and DHL, and you can directly select your preferred courier on the website.
5. What transportation methods do you provide, and what are the corresponding shipping time and cost?
There are three different transportation methods available for selection on our website. You can make a choice based on your specific needs, and the relevant shipping time and cost can be found in the corresponding section on the website.
6. What file/color type is required for the artwork you send?
We support various artwork formats including PDF, AI, PSD and PNG. Only highly customized products such as metal pins require vector graphics.Most products only require high-definition images
7. What is your production lead time?
The production time for regular products is 7-10 days after the design draft is confirmed. For products with complex craftsmanship, the production cycle will be extended according to the actual process requirements.
8. Is there a possibility to lower the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
